In the Beginning

Was it really the beginning? Well as far as I was concerned, it was. It was my beginning. I'm a mainlander, born and bred. In later years, I would receive letters in the handwriting of my Grandmother. On the back, there would be in scrolled letters, T.Taylor, Forest Park, No. 1 R.D., Valetta and instantly I was transported right back to my beginnings on the high plains at the foot of the Southern Alps.
